ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a memorable customer experience by ensuring a warm greeting, menu knowledge, and that the packaging, quality and presentation are of Julienne Standards. Attention to Detail is very important to the customer experience and our reputation.

Prepare and serve drinks and food from the Espresso Bar.

Bus tables in a timely manner to ensure a clean and inviting public area.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a cheerful, confident and organized manner.

Ability to mulit-task and work as a team in an accurate and timely manner.

Ability to efficiently work, clean, restock, organize during the down time. Be self-motivated.

Be polite and considerate; anticipate and be proactive.

Report to work on time, and adhere to the Break Schedule.

Follow all company guidelines and protocols, including uniform policy and schedules.

Certification in Safe Food Handling is required upon hire.

JOB SUMMARY
Our Customer Service Associates (Barista, Cashier, Market Clerk) play an important role in providing a memorable guest experience. Team members continuously interact with guests, colleagues and management in a safe, positive and welcoming environment. Associates are provided with a structured training program to learn The Julienne Way in order to achieve confidence and success.
