POSITION DETAILS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a memorable customer experience by ensuring a warm greeting, menu knowledge, and that the packaging, quality and presentation are of Julienne Standards. Attention to Detail is very important to the customer experience and our reputation.

  • Prepare and serve drinks and food from the Espresso Bar.

  • Bus tables in a timely manner to ensure a clean and inviting public area.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a cheerful, confident and organized manner.

  • Ability to mulit-task and work as a team in an accurate and timely manner.   

  • Ability to efficiently work, clean, restock, organize during the down time. Be self-motivated.

  • Be polite and considerate; anticipate and be proactive. 

  • Report to work on time, and adhere to the Break Schedule.

  • Follow all company guidelines and protocols, including uniform policy and schedules.

  • Certification in Safe Food Handling is required upon hire.

  • And Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

  • Ability to stand for 5-8 hours

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

  • Carry trays carefully

FRONT OF HOUSE BARISTA,

CASHIER, MARKET CLERK

 

  • $16-$19/ hour plus tip eligible

  • Full-time / Part-time

  • Tip eligible

JOB SUMMARY

Our Customer Service Associates (Barista, Cashier, Market Clerk) play an important role in providing a memorable guest experience.  Team members continuously interact with guests, colleagues and management in a safe, positive and welcoming environment. Associates are provided with a structured training program to learn The Julienne Way in order to achieve confidence and success.
